Kelly has over 24 years’ experience in both civil and criminal litigation practicing as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Louis County, Gasconade County, and Montgomery County; she has been Of Counsel and had her own law firm. In addition to working at MRHFM, she is also an Adjunct Professor, and a Municipal Judge.
Kelly resides in St. Louis County with her wonderful family and indefatigable dog.
