He has participated in hundreds of mesothelioma cases all over the country in nearly every state. His litigation experience includes numerous multi-million dollar settlements and multi-million dollar verdicts.
Marcus attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business, graduating in 1988. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, OK in 1992.
Marcus is happily married with three young girls.
