Josh is an associate attorney in MRHFM’s Philadelphia office where he has the privilege of representing people who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma.
Prior to joining MRHFM, Josh worked at a national plaintiffs’ firm successfully representing clients in asbestos, product liability, and mass tort cases.
Josh received his law degree from Rutgers Law School where he distinguished himself by being named to the Dean’s List for high academic achievement. While at Rutgers, Josh participated in Rutgers’ Children’s Justice Clinic and Civil Practice Clinic. He also worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Defender Association of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Shortly after graduating from law school, Josh continued his legal education and obtained his Master of Laws degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law.
Josh is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
