Eric has extensive trial experience representing clients located across the country. He has the ability to handle all aspects of a case and has extensive experience representing victims of occupational cancer exposure cases. His aggressive pursuit of justice on behalf of his clients has yielded millions of dollars’ worth of verdicts and settlements.
Prior to joining MRHFM, Eric represented injured workers in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, helping them navigate the complexities of their workers’ compensation systems for almost a decade. There, he spent much of his practice litigating cases against nation-wide insurance companies on behalf of individuals and families affected by work-related cancer cases.
Eric received his law degree from Northern Illinois University’s School of Law, where he was an Associate Justice for the Moot Court Society. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and the Supreme Court of the United States.
